Billion BIPAC 7402 - Recovery files? ...

Hi all,
Trying to recover admin password for a Billion BIPAC 7402 ADSL modem / router.
Already tried to reset to factory defaults without success.
Last have tried to see if I could use console to upload a new firmware directly through ethernet...
I can send a file to modem / router (using tftpd32) but it needs a .cem / .bin file I suppose.
I've tried to upload "7402A_Billion_5.60c.afw" but I get that this is not a NPimage... as expected.
Anyone has a 7402 .cem file (Annex A) ... and I am on Europe if this matters
