Hi,

I just acquired a 7800DXL to replace the ISP router.
All my devices (MacBook Pro, Mac Pro, Airport express for the Airplay and iPhones) are connected wirelessly and the macs goes to sleep after some idle time.
I couldn't after many test and trial successfully wake any of the sleeping mac from another mac, they all support the WOL (ethernet and wifi).
Is there any way to configure a bonjour sleep proxy on the 7800DXL ? or something close to it ?

Thanks.

I am not sure, I'm not really a expert on Mac's, but I can confirm the wake on lan feature works fine with windows based machines, maybe someone else here can advise on the mac setup??

I assumed you used the 'Wake' button listed under 'Wake on Lan' within the web gui to wake up your device?

Thank for the reply billion_fan.

I have tried both from the 7800DXL gui wake tab interface, and directly from the shared devices listed in OS X (they normally wake up as soon as it is selected when everything is connected through an apple airport.

Thanks.
