Problem 7402G PPTP Dial-in mode limit

Problem 7402G PPTP Dial-in mode limit

Hi

We have one head office and five mobile users.

I want to connent five people to head office , using by PPTP Vpn Dial-İn mode.

But, when I entered the fifth connnection the device gives following error.

ERROr
webserver:<-1: invalid error code (0xffffffff)>:failed to set the Interface Name to ipwan due to no transport

I just can entered four connection.

How can I solve this problem ?

The device is limited to 4 PPTP incoming connections and 4 outgoing connections, as shown on the datasheet http://www.billion.uk.com/esupport/inde ... -datasheet
