7800DXL Moderate NAT

Hi,

I've recently purchased a 7800DXL to replace my 7800N and it's absolutely fantastic but I'm having a minor issue with my NAT being moderate in at least one Xbox One game. I've added all the ports for Xbox Live in Virtual Servers and UPnP is still enabled so I can see port 3074 on UDP is automatically forwarded. The IP addresses are correct and in Network on my Xbox One the NAT type is Open but in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare it says it's moderate. Back on the router I have noticed in WAN Service Firewall is enabled so I was wondering if this might be the cause of the issue? I haven't restarted the router since I first got it so maybe I need to do that?

There should not be a need to restart the router, as the UPNP ports are open, and xbox is showing the NAT type as open. (so it might be a call of duty thing)

The only thing I can suggest is fully shutting down your xbox one , by holding the power button for 5 seconds, to force a full shutdown, once restart check again

Ive got my xbox one set to DHCP with UPNP enabled (no manual port forwarding) and it seems fine, once I fully shutdown the xbox and restart it (it seems xbox has a issue with the network, once the device has been in standby mode)

Thanks for the advice guys. I actually solved the problem a couple of days ago. It turns out that Call of Duty games use ports 3075 and 3076 on UDP so once I forwarded those ports my NAT became open in Advanced Warfare. I hope this helps others who encounter the same problem in the future :)
