DXL URL Filtering problem

Trying to filter (domain/keyword) out certain websites, but whichever web address, or keyword I use, it refuses to work. Is this a known issue?

For domains don't enter the 'www.' also the URL filter will not work for 'Https' sites.
Alternatively you can setup a account with 'opendns.com' and then setup up filters with them ,and enter your account details within the 'Parental Control Provider' and set your DNS within the router to use 'Use the IP Addresses provided by Parental Control Provider'
