On the Advanced Wireless settings, althought I select Bandwidth as 20/40 it only ever shows Current 20MHz - see attached.
Is this normal?

I switched from Firefox (my default browser) to Chrome, and it made no difference. It is still showing 20MHz

Did you click on the 'Apply' button at bottom of the page once the change was made??, if you did, make sure 'OBSS Coexistence' is disabled also.pintosal wrote:I switched from Firefox (my default browser) to Chrome, and it made no difference. It is still showing 20MHz
If that fails once the change is made, try restarting the device

OBSS Coexistence is disabled.
If I restart the box, is that likely subsequently to affect my synch speed with the DLM? WIll it be seen as a line problem?

One restart should be fine, its when you restart the device a number of times within a set period is when the DLM kicks inpintosal wrote:OBSS Coexistence is disabled.

My 8800nl does exactly the same thing. However, if you connect to wifi via a mobile device and run wifi analyzer you can see that it does switch between 20 and 20/40 it is just the text in the router setup pages that is broken

Re: WiFi Stuck at 20MHz?
I just tested the g.inp firmware (2.32d.dh61) and once changed, the web gui reported 40mhz.Spudgun wrote:My 8800nl does exactly the same thing. Can you try the same firmware (attached)
Edit firmware pulled for the time being while we investigate a issue with Sky option 61 DHCP lease issue

Yes, that now works OK, thanks.
What else is new in the firmware apart from g.inp?

I don't have the release notes for this firmware, and this firmware is now pulled, (as it has issues with Sky FTTC)pintosal wrote:Yes, that now works OK, thanks.
