Bitswap and disconnections

Post by gpvecchi »

Hallo everybody! Actually I'm in ADSL+ 20 Mbits, tweaking SNR makes me connect @ almost max line speed (22237 on 22240) rock solid (3.4 dB unless some diaphony that lowers it to 1.5).
Now everything perfect, unless I check Bitswap even if line supports it: I get random disconnections (1-2 per day) and when it happens 7800DXL seems even slower in web GUI.
Any help, please?

Guys, I tried even with 2.32e firmware, but I still have disconnections with bitswap enabled, this is the log at the moment of disconnection (no disconnections at all without bitswap):

If you are experiencing disconnections, it might be due to having a low SNR, try highering it

Re: Bitswap and disconnections

Post by gpvecchi »

It seems not to be SNR related, I have a 6 dB profile, and I get disconnections even at that value with bitswap enabled.
With bitswap disabled, my connection is rock solid even at 1,4 dB for days...
