Block IP address

I apologise if this is seems a very basic question.
I have a 7800DXL which is connected to two servers, one running 2012 essentials and one running 2012 storage server. I configured them myself and they have been working fine for the last few years. I run my own mailserver on one of them. So I understand my way around the servers and the router.
I have been subject to dictionary attacks from a specific IP address. I would prefer to block that IP address in the router rather than on the servers or the rest of the network (although it is small - a home office setup). I simply cannot find out how to do this.
Please could you advise how to completely block a specific IP such as x.x.x.238? On all ports.
Thanks.
