Ethernet Ports on 7800VDOX

I just got a 7800VDOX(2nd hand), used the rest button, connected to my PC via ethernet but none of the Ethernet lights on the front light up. I have tried several different cables. Is there someway to disable the ethernet ports or is my unit dodgy, cheers

If you have reset the device and Ethernet ports still fail, it seems the device is suffering from a LAN failure, I would advise to return the device back to seller.
