Hello. New to the forum, so may I start by saying my knowledge is very limited!

Been with my ISP Callflowsolutions for some time and have received a pretty stable connection of around 30Mb down and 2Mb up.

A few days ago I was hit with a significant upload drop after a service outage in the area. Now sitting at around 100kbps.
I am in the process of talking to my ISP about this but 2 days in and they aren't the most responsive. I am wondering if I have messed anything up while I was trying to reset router during the outage or if there is something else at play.
If any one could shed some light I would be grateful

From looing at the stats, you have a 2mbps upload, so it must be something on callflows side that limited your upload speed.

Callflow use a special firmware just for them, and there isn't anything that should limit your upload speed

(I know callflow suffered from a outage in London 2 days ago, maybe this is linked)
