not synching

Hi,
My ISP arranged a DLM reset and sent me a new BT modem. As the engineer called, I unplugged my 8000 and plugged the BT modem in. It synched without issue.
He did his tests, everything was good. I asked if he could not reset the line until I plugged my 8000 in as I didn't want a load of reboots.
Plugged 8000 back in, it now won't synch. I did a factory reset and reloaded my backup setting, still no such. Ended up plugging BT modem back in.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

The latest as posted on here. Like I said it was fine yesterday. Shall I try a reflash?

Try the older firmware, the one with older DMT code found here viewtopic.php?f=19&t=3187 (ETEC8800NL_2.32d.dm2.afw)

Hi Billion fan

Thanks for your help again, I did a reflash with the newest firmware (sorry before you posted) Rather than doing a restore of setting, ran the setup wizard and all is well

Thanks again :P Hope this helps others, if it happens to them.

Reflash (back to factory default)
Follow setup wizard, and away you go :D
